FileMixer / JSON to CSV
Convert JSON to CSV
Flatten a JSON export into rows and columns. Nested fields become their own columns, named like “address.city”.
Your files stay on your device. FileMixer opens them inside this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, and the page is blocked from sending data anywhere. How we know

How to use it
- Add a .json file holding a list of records (or an object with a list inside it).
- Check the preview: each object is a row, and every key found in any record is a column.
- Download as CSV, or pick Excel.
Questions
What JSON shapes work?
A list of objects, a list of lists, or an object holding a list, like {"data": [...]}. Nested objects are flattened into dotted column names. Lists inside a record are kept as JSON text in one cell.
Records have different keys. Is that a problem?
No. Every key that appears in any record becomes a column, and records without it get a blank cell.
How big a file can it handle?
Files of a few hundred thousand rows work in a normal laptop browser. The work happens in your computer's memory, so a phone or an older machine slows down sooner. A 50,000-row file takes a second or two.
