The tools
The tools are free and run in your web browser. You may use them for personal or business work as often as you like. Please don't try to disrupt the site, or copy and republish it as your own.
Your files
Your files are processed on your own device and are not sent to us. You keep all rights to your files and to the files the tools produce. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you open.
No warranty
We test the tools carefully, but they are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Check the preview and the counts before relying on a result, and keep your original files. Matching, duplicate removal and conversion follow the options you choose, and a wrong option can give a wrong result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Web Landscapes LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from use of the free tools. Our total liability for the free tools is limited to US$50.
Custom work
Paid custom data work is quoted in writing. The quote sets out the scope, price, timing and how files are handled, and it takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Third-party software
The tools use open-source software listed on the credits page, under its own licenses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
