About FileMixer

Free tools for the spreadsheet chores that eat an afternoon: combining exports, matching two lists, clearing out duplicates.

Why it exists

Most office data work isn't analysis. It's getting twelve files into one, finding which customers in this list are missing from that one, or fixing a CSV so an import stops failing. Doing that in Excel means formulas, copy and paste, and a real chance of pasting a column in the wrong place.

The files are often the kind you shouldn't upload: payroll, patient lists, customer records. So FileMixer runs entirely in your browser. The page loads once, and after that your files are read and processed on your own computer. You can check this yourself: the privacy page explains how.

Who makes it

FileMixer is made by Web Landscapes LLC, a small web studio in Miami, Florida. It's built and maintained by Javier Carnicer. The tools are free to use, with no account and no limit on how often you use them.

When a job is too big or too regular for a browser tool, Web Landscapes does it as custom data work, quoted per job.
